Craps Rules and Strategies
It is important to know all of the Craps rules before trying your money at a casino. Craps is played with two dice so you know that the outcome of the dice rolls are going to be between 2 and 12. At first you may be intimidated by the look of the table, but don't be. Both sides of the table are exactly mirrors of each other. This is set up this way so more players can play at the table. Craps is going to be somewhat of a fast game so pay attention. When betting in Craps you are betting or wagering on the person rolling the dice. You are wagering that the person rolling the dice will get lucky. You are in no way in competition with any one else.
Basics of Craps - The most basic wager in craps is the Pass-Line. Your wager is places on the craps table marked Pass Line. The Pass Line is a Series Bet meaning that the Shooter (the person rolling the dice) may have to roll multiple time before you win. The first roll of any series in Craps is called the "Come Out Roll"
The Come Out Roll - The rules of Craps say that f the shooter rolls a 7 or an 11 on the come out roll, the Pass Line Players are winners and the series is over. If the Shooter rolls a 2,3, or 12; that is an automatic loss for the Pass Line Players. It is called "Craps". If Craps happens, the series is also over. If the Shooter rolls any other number, it is considered the shooters point and the series continues.
What happens when the Craps Series Continue - When the series continue and the point is established, the object for the shooter is to roll until he hit the point or a 7. This is very important. After the come out roll and the series is now continued. IF the shooter now hits the point, the pass line wins. If the shooter rolls a 7, the Pass Line player or BEt losses. Notice that this is different form the original come out roll. REmember this rule and you'll be an expert at Online Craps.

The 6 and 8 points are a little more possible to get due to there are more ways to roll them. The number 7 is the most possible number to come up and this is how the house has an edge. (You know there had be be an edge) The shooter having a point of 6 or 8 gives the better odds.
Odds Wagers - Once the point is established and you have placed you pass line bet you can move on to play Odds Bet. When you place a pass line bet you will get paid even money, which simply means, you get out what you put in. If you put down an Odds Bet, this means that you will get paid the true odds of the table. Usually pays out more. So your winnings would increase. But remember, if the shooter rolls a 7. You lose both pass and odds bet. If you are a serious better, place bets on the less likely to be rolled odds which are the 4,5,9, and 10. Depending on the casino, these can be either a 2:1 or a 3:2 payout.
